Anju Devi is a self-taught Madhubani painting artist whose journey is shaped by dedication, observation, and inspiration from the rich artistic environment of Ranti, Mithila. She pursued formal learning in Ranti, where she was deeply inspired by Padma Shri–awarded Madhubani artists. Drawing strength from this exposure, Anju Devi developed her own artistic language through years of disciplined practice and self-exploration.
