At Kaja Arts, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and care behind every product. We understand that cancellations and returns may occasionally be required, and we aim to handle them with transparency and professionalism.

15-Day Return & Cancellation Policy

Applicable in India & Internationally

We offer a 15-day return period from the date you receive your item. To qualify for a return or cancellation, the following conditions must be met:

✅ Eligibility Criteria
  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • A clear and complete unboxing video is mandatory and must be shared within 24 hours of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required

⚠️ Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted, whether the order was placed within India or internationally.

  • Customized items
  • Artworks or handmade crafts

Resolution Timeline: 30 to 60 Days
These products are unique and may take up to 60 days to resolve damage claims through repair, reproduction, or replacement.

Replacement Guarantee

We offer free replacement for:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damage during transit
  • Missing items in the shipment
📩 To request a replacement:
  1. Submit an unboxing video or clear photos within 24 hours
  2. Email us at info@kajaarts.com within 2 days of delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive a notification regarding approval
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Approved replacement will be delivered with in 10-15 days of approval and also we do not offer exchanges pn products due to nature of product
