Production & Dispatch Timeline

  • Standard production lead time: 30–60 working days
  • Peak season production time: Up to 90 working days

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Delivery time after dispatch: 3–7 working days
  • Based on pin code, location accessibility, and delivery service availability
  • All products are:
    • Carefully packed
    • Fully insured
    • Shipped with tracking (where applicable)

❗ Kaja Arts is not responsible for delays caused by courier company issues, local disruptions, natural events, or recipient unavailability.

International Shipping

🌐 Shipping Modes (Customer Choice):
  • ✈️ By Air Freight: 7–15 working days after dispatch
  • 🚢 By Sea Freight: For bulk orders, typically 30–45+ days
🔸 Kaja Arts' Responsibility:
  • Careful and secure packaging
  • Insurance up to the point of dispatch
  • Proper export documentation
  • Safe handover to freight partner

📌 Once goods are handed over to the logistics provider, Kaja Arts is not liable for delays, customs issues, or damage in transit. Goods are insured until the point of handover.

  • Comply with local import laws, duties, and taxes—these are borne by the customer

Packaging & Insurance

  • Inspected for visual/structural integrity before dispatch
  • Fully insured while under our custody

🛑 In case of damage, share a clear unboxing video within 24 hours to initiate a claim.

Multi-Item Orders

  • All items will be shipped together once fully ready
  • Consolidated shipping ensures lower cost and easier tracking
